“Although we think that each of us are independent and is separate beings, we are all connected in a larger sense and are influenced by suffering of an individual. With my painting, I want to bring balance, harmony and compassion to the collective human community.”

Hee Sung Lee is well known in Korea for her collection of meditation poems and essays in ‘Four Million Miles of Seeking After Truth’ published in June 1996, and ‘Mysterious Yoga’ in May 2003. Also she had two acclaimed art exhibitions in 1996 and 1999, and a large solo exhibition in 2004 in Mandi House, New Dehli featuring 130 paintings. Hee Sung Lee just had her premier exhibition in New York City “Key to the Universe, Om Mandala Paintings” at Treasure Gallery, InterChurch Center.
